Why was the money refunded to my account? I did not even realize this till I was wondering where my order was, and suddenly read the email stating the order was refunded? May I ask why this happened? Bc the $ was taken off on hold, as if it was paid for. Then I received the email telling me my order # , and that the was the last thing I got in the email,. I don't know, but whom do I need to speak with about this situation bc I am not a happy customer. And I am a steady customer!
